Welcome to IslandWidgetStudio. By downloading, installing, or using the app you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Service Description

The app provides AI-driven personalized material generation and apply services: you can browse a material catalog, or use natural-language prompts to generate your own wallpaper, home-screen widget and Dynamic Island Live Activity materials, and apply them to your device screens.

2. Account & Eligibility

You sign in with Apple to use generation and sync features. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. AI-Generated Content

• Material generation is performed by a third-party AI image service. You must consent to third-party AI data processing before use (Apple 5.1.2(i)).
• AI results are non-deterministic; we do not guarantee a specific artistic outcome or exact fidelity to your prompt.
• Your AI-generated materials are strictly private to you and are not published publicly.

4. User Conduct (UGC)

You must not submit or generate prompts containing: sexual, violent, hateful, harassing, or unlawful content; content infringing others’ intellectual property; or impersonation of public figures or copyrighted characters.

• We moderate prompts and generated results; violating requests are rejected without consuming quota.
• Any material can be reported; violating content is hidden instantly, and we commit to action within 24 hours.
• Sources that repeatedly produce violating content are rate-limited (block / cooldown).

5. Subscriptions & Billing

• The app offers a Free tier (daily-limited material distribution and AI generation quota) and a Pro subscription (unlimited distribution, unlimited generation, all material series, cross-device sync).
• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store; prices follow what is shown in-app and on the App Store.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Refunds follow Apple’s refund policy (reportaproblem.apple.com).

6. Wallpaper Apply Notice

iOS does not allow an app to set the system wallpaper directly. Static wallpapers are saved to Photos, after which you follow the in-app step-by-step guidance to set them manually. We are not responsible for changes in iOS system behavior.

7. Dynamic Island / Live Activity

Live Activities are subject to iOS system time limits and may be dismissed automatically by the system once a limit is reached. This behavior is controlled by iOS and is not an app defect.

8. Intellectual Property

The app, its interface, the official materials we provide in the catalog, and our trademarks belong to us and the respective rights holders. You hold usage rights to the materials you generate, subject to Section 4 and applicable law.

9. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the app.

10. Account Deletion

You can delete your account anytime in-app; deletion cascade-erases your server-side data and revokes the Sign in with Apple authorization (Apple 5.1.1(v)).

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
